“ Remember RSD is not all in your head.” It is all over your body. It starts from one extremity or one part of the body and if not properly treated, it spreads to other parts of the body. Don’t let anybody convince you to be treated excluively by a psychiatrist or to learn to live with your pain. Just remeber you are not crazy. The pain of RSD is enough to drive anybody out of their mind, but what I admire is the fact that RSD patients still keep their sanity. ― Hooshang Hooshmand, M.D.

This section of our website is dedicated to showcasing poems created by individuals living with RSD-CRPS, as well as their families. We invite you to share your poetic expressions with our community, allowing your voice to resonate with others who may be experiencing similar journeys. If you have a poem that you would like to contribute, please send it via email to utopia33@prodigy.net, and I will ensure it is published for all to read and appreciate. Your contributions not only enrich our collection but also foster a sense of connection and understanding among those affected by this painful syndrome.
Thank you!
